- Sendzimir galvanising (EN 10 346)
- Thermal or hot-dip galvanising (EN ISO 1461)
- Zinc magnesium galvanisation (EN 10 346) -> Discover the advantages and the video
Zinc magnesium is offered as alternative to hot-dip galvanised flat material, where the corrosion resistance is equal or better than the hot-dip treatment. Equal to sendzimir, the zinc-magnesium layer is applied at the rolling stage using a continous bath. Therefore this surface treatment has similar superior formability. - Zinc aluminium galvanisation is offered as alternative to hot-dip galvanised wire material, where the corrosion resistance is equal or better than the hot-dip treatment. Equal to sendzimir, the zinc-aluminum layer is applied at the pulling stage using a continous bath. Therefore this surface treatment has similar superior formability.
- Electro zinc plated (EN ISO 2081)
- Polyester powder coating (EN ISO 12944)
- Duplex system, a combination of hot-dip galvanising and powder coating (Practice guideline powder coating and wet coating on zinc - previously BPR 1197)
- Stainless steel 316 L / V4A and stainless steel 304 /V2A
